Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors to this website, individuals who enrol in any Academy programme or purchase a career-services package, and businesses or organisations that engage NHT for HR consulting, outsourcing or staffing empanelment. Separate, program-specific or engagement-specific documents (such as a cohort schedule, statement of work, or master service agreement) may supplement these Terms; where there is a conflict, the specific document will govern for that engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or enrolling with the consent of a parent/guardian where permitted, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to enrol in a paid programme or engage our services.

3. Enrolment in training programmes

Enrolment in an Academy programme is confirmed only upon our written confirmation and receipt of applicable fees, where payable. Batch schedules, faculty and delivery mode (live, hybrid or self-paced) are indicative and may be adjusted by NHT with reasonable prior notice to enrolled learners.

4. Learner obligations and code of conduct

Learners agree to:

• provide accurate registration information and update it if it changes;
• attend live sessions and complete self-paced modules within the timelines communicated for their batch;
• engage respectfully with faculty, mentors and fellow learners, with no harassment, discriminatory or abusive conduct;
• not record, redistribute, resell or publicly share session recordings, templates or course material without written permission;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any platform, account or content that is not assigned to them.

5. Attendance, access and certification

Access to live cohort sessions and self-paced content is provided for the duration communicated at enrolment. Certificates of completion are issued only where the learner meets the attendance, assignment and assessment criteria specified for that programme; certification is a record of successful completion of training and is not, by itself, a guarantee of any qualification recognised by a third-party regulator unless expressly stated for that programme.

6. Intellectual property

All course material, slide decks, templates, frameworks, recordings, website content and branding are the intellectual property of Next Hiring Talent or its licensors. Enrolment or purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use such material for your personal learning or, in the case of purchased templates, for your own job-search or professional use. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute this material.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use this website or our services to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, share course material outside the licence granted to you, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the security or normal operation of our systems.

8. Placement-support disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Next Hiring Talent provides training, mentorship, resume/LinkedIn/portfolio support, mock interviews and career guidance. NHT does NOT guarantee employment, a specific salary, an interview call, or any hiring outcome as a result of any programme, service or engagement. Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions and individual learner effort. Any reference to placement assistance means reasonable, good-faith support and access to our network — not a placement or job guarantee.

9. Consulting and business engagements

HR consulting, outsourcing and staffing empanelment services for businesses are governed by a separate written scope of work, proposal or master service agreement executed between NHT and the client, which will set out deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and commercial terms. These website Terms apply to such clients only to the extent not inconsistent with that separate agreement.

10. Third-party services

Our website and delivery workflow may rely on third-party tools such as form-delivery, scheduling, video-conferencing and payment services. NHT is not responsible for outages, errors or data-handling practices of these independent third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NHT's total liability arising out of or relating to any programme, service or engagement will not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific programme or service. NHT will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity or employment prospects.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold NHT harmless from any claim, loss or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course material, or violation of applicable law.

13. Force majeure

NHT will not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or platform outages, governmental action, or other events of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or engagements.

14. Suspension and termination

NHT may suspend or terminate a learner's access to a programme, or a client engagement, for material breach of these Terms, including sharing of course material, abusive conduct, or non-payment of applicable fees, after reasonable notice where practicable.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which it will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [NEEDS-INPUT: jurisdiction city, e.g. Mumbai/Bengaluru], as NHT may elect.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated "last reviewed" date.
